Why Choose Quattro for Your Foundation Crack Repairs?

Whether you’re a homeowner, property management company, contractor, or large government municipality, you can rest assured that at Quattro we use only professional-grade equipment and materials for ALL our foundation crack repairs and injection work.

What Is Foundation Crack Injection?

Crack injection is the use of a polyurethane or epoxy material to fill cracks found in solid concrete structures or poured concrete foundations to make it waterproof.

At Quattro, we prefer foundation crack repairs using injection because it is an affordable, permanent, and reliable repair for our customers.

Why Does Concrete Get Cracks?

It is common for basement walls and floors especially to develop cracks as the concrete dries out. Over time the concrete shrinks due to excess water evaporating as it hardens.

Outside concrete may crack due to extreme temperatures or if it is placed in too wet or too dry conditions.

Even if a crack is not leaking now, the chances of it turning into one are great. By filling the crack, it will make the concrete waterproof for many years to come.

What’s The Quattro Difference?

What’s so important about the way we work? We do it the right way …NO shortcuts!

Our crew will take care of all the preparatory work by drilling holes in key locations in the concrete. Then, using a high-pressure pump, we flush out the entire length and depth of the crack with an acidic-water solution. This solution makes sure that no loose dirt or debris remains trapped in the opening.

After the crack is properly flushed, we then use another high-pressure pump to inject the polyurethane resin (or epoxy if it’s a structural repair) to ensure that the crack is properly filled throughout the full depth of the wall or floor.

The resin starts to expand within minutes and your leaking concrete problem has been solved, without digging up your patio or yard from the outside.

At Quattro Contracting, we highly recommend crack injection. It is the far less expensive option to digging up the outside and waterproofing but with the same results.
